One of the most favored spots in the Grand Teton National Park for sunrises, Schwabacher's Landing offers reflections from multiple pools, although lower water levels have decreased the space available for the competing photographers. The light, the season, the lack or abundance of clouds always makes this a changeable and dynamic scene. Here the sun has risen and lit several of the peaks. As the sun moves down the mountain range, the color will change, but in fall, it is also exciting when the sun hits the leaves, which it does in another exposure taken less than a half hour later.
